It is hard to believe we are nearing the end of December. This will be the final newsletter of 2024, and we wish you a happy holiday season. Below are the Pioneers' recent highlights since the last newsletter:

2024 Recap 

What a year it has been for the Pioneers. As our last newsletter of 2024, see below for a recap of our biggest moments of the year. In 2024, we: 

•  Redesigned the Pioneers website

•  Started the iRacing season off strong, with Wyatt Tinsley taking 1st place in the 2024 eNASCAR exhibition race and season opener 

•  Added QuikTrip Pioneers Gaming decals to the Rocket League store 

•  Participated in Planet Comicon Kansas City 

•  Competed at RLCS in Copenhagen, Denmark 

•  Welcomed the Dallas Cowboys’ Cooper Beebe to the Pioneers 

•  Collaborated with NASCAR to bring esports to the Kansas Speedway

• Entered mobile esports with Brawl Stars

•  Brought esports to Kauffman Stadium with Gamer Night 

•  Reentered Apex Legends

•  Cheered on iRacing driver Graham Bowlin as he took 1st place at Pocono Raceway 

•  Supported Apex Legends as they competed at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 

•  Congratulated iRacing driver Graham Bowlin as he took 3rd place in the eNASCAR Championship 

•  Met up with our Australia-based Rocket League as they took 11th place at the RLCS World Championship in Fort Worth, Texas 

•  Traveled to Helsinki, Finland, as the Pioneers Brawl Stars team earned top 6 at the 2024 World Finals 

•  Entered Call of Duty Challengers 

2024 was an incredible year for the Pioneers, and we look forward to seeing what is in store for 2025!

Call of Duty Challengers Team Crowned North America Cup 2 Champions

The Pioneers’ Call of Duty Challengers team continues to make waves, and we are thrilled to welcome iLLeY to the roster! As a 2020 Call of Duty League Champion, iLLeY brings a wealth of experience and championship pedigree, strengthening the team as they compete in the 2025 Challengers season.

The Pioneers’ Call of Duty Challengers team has solidified their top position with an incredible performance in Call of Duty Challengers 2025 - Cup 2. The team showed unwavering determination and skill as they battled through the tournament from December 7-8, ultimately emerging as the North America Cup 2 Champions.

In Upper Bracket Round 1, the Pioneers dominated Wanted Goons with a 3-0 victory. They carried their momentum into Upper Bracket Round 2 with another commanding 3-0 win over Puffwalogy. The team kept their winning streak alive in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals, defeating Team FlamesJA 3-0, and again in the Upper Bracket Semifinals, taking down SGP Syndicate 3-0.

In the Upper Bracket Final, the Pioneers faced off against CTE but suffered a 0-3 loss, dropping them to the Lower Bracket Final. Determined to fight back, the Pioneers took on SGP Syndicate again and secured a decisive 3-0 victory to earn a rematch against CTE in the Grand Final. The Grand Final was an epic showdown of redemption. The Pioneers returned stronger than ever, sweeping CTE 4-0 to claim the Call of Duty Challengers North America Cup 2 Championship title.

This victory marks a monumental achievement for the Pioneers, showcasing their resilience and dominance in the 2025 Challengers season. A huge thank you to our fans for your unwavering support—we can’t wait to see what’s next for this incredible team!
